Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Holly Herbs, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our cancellation, return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier.

Once the cancellation request is approved, your payment will be refunded as per our refund policy.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Product should be in resalable condition.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item delivered or defective product).

Exchange Policy

Defective or damaged products will be replaced and delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged products.
